At Mandy's Heaven, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
